Profile
Prior to launching a career in Real Estate, I worked in the Washington, DC area, where for more than twenty years I enjoyed a highly successful career in sales and sales management. In 1995, after accepting a sales position with a Fortune 500 Company in Salt Lake City, my dream of living in the Rockies was finally realized, and Park City became my new home. The next ten years I continued to build a successful career, and became one of the top producers in the United States. The decision to live in Park City also granted a few additional perks. The wonderful year round recreation, the breathtaking landscape, and the opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors, provided the perfect balance, not only for starting a new job, but also for living my dream.
During my thirty-year sales career, I also developed an interest in real estate that went far beyond purchasing a home to live in. Real estate became my passion, and just like my passion for sales, I achieved considerable success as a real estate investor, with profitable investments in the Washington, DC area, and Park City. My experience as an investor, combined with a successful sales career, established the foundation for me to transition into real estate sales.
Since joining Jess Reid Real Estate, I have successfully leveraged my sales experience and knowledge as real estate investor to help benefit my clients. Utilizing a quantitative method of evaluation and an in-depth analysis of current market conditions, I provide clients with the statistical framework to make informed decisions and successfully maximize their investments.
